Fix 2: Disable your proxy server
1) On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R key at the same time to invoke the Run box.
2) Type inetcpl.cpl and press Enter.
2) Click LAN settings in Connections.
3) Uncheck Use a proxy server for your LAN. Then tick on Automatically detect settings. Click OK.
4) Click OK.
5) Troubleshoot your Internet again to see if the error disappears.
Fix 3: Reset Windows sockets and IP
1) Type cmd in the search box from the Start menu. Then right-click on Command Prompt and click Run as administrator.
2) Type the following commands and press Enter after each:
- netsh winsock reset
- netsh int ipv4 reset
