Solution 1: Check for Bluetooth Support Service
The error would occur if the bluetooth support service is not started. Follow steps below to check for service status.
1) On your keyboard, press Win+R (the Windows logo key and the R key) at the same time to invoke the Run box.
2) Type services.msc in the run box and click the OK button.
5) Click Apply -> OK.
6) Restart your PC for the changes to take effect, and check to see if the problem is resolved.
Solution 2: Uninstall then Reinstall the Bluetooth Device Drivers
The problem can be caused by faulty bluetooth device driver. You can uninstall the bluetooth device driver and reinstall it to see if this resolves the problem.
You can follow these steps to uninstall and reinstall the driver:
1) On your keyboard, press Win+R (the Windows logo key and the R key) at the same time to invoke the Run box.
2) Type devmgmt.msc in the run box and click OK.
3) Expand category “Bluetooth Radios”, right click on one bluetooth device and select Uninstall. (If you see more than one bluetooth device under this category, uninstall them one by one.)
4) Restart your computer and check to see if the problem is resolved.
Solution 3: Update the Bluetooth Device Drivers

Solution 4: Perform a System Restore
